BEIRUT, LEBANON (5:30 P.M.) – As the US-backed, Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continues offensive operations throughout Raqqa city’s western neighborhoods, it has since encounter a major ISIS strong-point in the form of the National Hospital. Here a battle has now raged for several days.

Yesterday, footage was released on pro-SDF social media showing Kurdish forward units laying down a torrent of fire on ISIS terrorists inside Raqqa’s National Hospital.

In addition to employing a range of automatic weapons, from assault rifles to heavy machine guns, SDF troops also use a guided missile to knock out an Islamic State balcony position.

Despite some reports on social media that Kurdish-led forces captured the National Hospital earlier today, more reliable SDF-linked sources have not yet confirmed the claim, suggesting that the site remains contested.

Since launching its operation to capture Raqqa from ISIS just over 13 weeks ago, the SDF, backed up by Coalition airpower, has so far managed to wrest control of about two-thirds of the strategic city.

Hospitals are only protected when certain conditions are met. Western media only turn a blind eye to that when it suits their masters agenda.

It was never about fighting Daesh. It is all about ethnical cleansing, no different to northern Iraq. There the so called Kurdish Peshmerga killed countless, thousands of Turkmen, Arabs, Yezidi and other, according to their understanding, unworthy life.

Certain Arabs were stupid enough to eat out of the IS hands. They were the caliphate – face it.

to me it doesn’t matter who kills the daeshbags. In WW2, the only thing that mattered were that the nazis were getting killed, either by the Western Allies or the Soviets. with ISIS, there’s no difference.

everything else will be hammered out on the negotiating table, especially the Kurdish question.

The only thing that mattered then and now was kill. And the victors decided arbitrarily who was a NAZY or sympathizer´and to be killed. They delivered millions of anti communists to Stalin for slaughter. The ALLIES COMMITTED the same type of crimes as the FASCISTS. In the name of Western values they committed; Ethnic cleasing, mass rape and genocide.

Yes Stern Daler, that inconvenient truth has been washed down the memory hole of the Zionist controlled Western Elite.

Where is the difference? There is no. Today they fly the Daesh flag, tomorrow the Kurdish flag.

A hospital in name only.

IS has long ago booted out the patients, or just killed them.

A lawful target is all senses. Using a hospital as a base is a warcrime when there are patients. Nothing new though as everybody knows IS uses schools, hospitals and civillians.
