BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:25 A.M.) – A group of Free Syrian Army (FSA) fighters from the Ahmad ‘Abdo Brigade defected to the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in the Badiya Al-Sham region of southeast Damascus on Wednesday.

According to a source in Damascus, at least ten members from the US-backed group reconciled with the Syrian Arab Army in order to return to civilian life in the Badiya Al-Sham region.

The Syrian Army accepted their reconciliation offer and agreed to allow the FSA fighters to return to civilian life if they were willing to give-up their weapons.

Good Lord. Finally Ahmad ‘Abdo Brigade’ saw the writing on the wall the way SAA is exterminating the IS & FSA & AQ in all fronts. SAA – Don’t trust these guys. This Brigade realize that they will be exterminated in the battle. All support to FSA from various donar countries is drying out. Jordan, Israel, Saudi, other fat bellied rich Arab nations realized that Assad is the BOSS and cant be toppled and dont want to waste any more money when it is certain that FSA cannot win. No more funds, not much ammunition left and no more heavy… Read more »

Maybe Jordan has relayed money but I doubt that their economy is likely to sustain funding any war, even a proxy one, for more than a few weeks… Israel paying? Are you serious? They don’t even pay their own weapons and those they build by themselves, they charge them on foreign sales! Hey, they even sold 45,000 Uzis to Khomeini. A few years ago, they made Washington mad : they were customising a Chinese Il-76 to become an AWACS. US had to pay to have them not delivering it to China and some say US had to pay double than… Read more »

Jordan definitely has been helping FSA and it is documented and confirmed by FSA. As for the GCC & Sunni Arab Nations in support with Saudi Arabia & UAE & Qatar it goes without saying they have been funding many factions and groups. US is the main supporter of FSA and has supplied a lot of arms and high precision guided missiles which were to take out the Syrian & Russian tanks and the sad part is these were sold by the FSA to Daesh. Some of the FSA factions defected to Daesh with these. Many European countries & UK… Read more »
