BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:00 A.M.) – Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim stated on Monday evening that the U.S. should disarm all Kurdish-led forces in Syria.

“As there is a terror group equipped with heavy weapons, it is a primary threat to our country,” Yildirim told journalists during his visit to the Izmir province on Monday.

“We cannot ignore this and the terror elements there must be dissolved, they should be disarmed of their weapons. The U.S. is the one that will do that,” he stressed.

Yildirim’s comments were in regards to the U.S. arms to the Kurdish-led People’s Protection Units (YPG) and Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), who are currently operating in northern Syria.

“We are not eyeing the territories of others. Our aim is to destroy a terror group which disturbs our country from outside our borders and threatens the safety of our people’s life and property,” Yildirim added, as quoted by the Anadolu Agency.

“but Erdogan is currently in bed with the US and the Bani Saud” => What, he stopped to be in bed with Angela Merkel, Putin, Khamenei, al-Joulani, al-Baghdadi, Tamim al-Thani and Khaleed Mashal? He should know that a whörecan’t have several pimps. His carcass will end being found in the sewers with a knife planted in his back and nobody will ever know who did it! “With the help of French Foreign Legion mercenaries who Your Macron sent.” => 1.) French Foreign Legion aren’t mercenaries, they are absolutely regular troops, not even SOFs! Well, an elite troop for sure, but… Read more »

True enough. The Kurdish regions are colonies that should become free.

Not destroyed, just apply a Sèvres treaty v.2.0 as Kurdistan will be far bigger, Armenia should also get an access to Black Sea and let’s Greece having Thrace and Constantinople back… Anatolia should so end about half the size of Turkey…

After been promised Manbij the Erdogan Sultan wants more. Because after the YPG are despoiled of the heavy gear he will send his ghazi to take East Syrian for his Sultanate. He already assembled 2000 Jihadi troops to take Aleppo.

Somethings brewing, I wonder what it’s going to be this time. The [fake, staged] coup that put Erdogan in such good stead with Putin had all of the stars miraculously align for that to miracle of all miracles to happen, and I’m starting to smell another dead rat here too. All the Turkish demands recently along with the half hearted responses from the US have resulted in the Kurds sending delegations to see Assad twice now. Why? are they starting to doubt US resolve and fear Erdogan’s threats? Is the US doing anything meaningful to allay their fears? Is the US… Read more »
