BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:25 A.M.) – The Syrian military uncovered a large cache of weapons that were left behind by the militants that used to control this region of southwestern Syria.

According to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), the Syrian military uncovered the weapons cache while combing through the southwestern countryside of Damascus and nearby Al-Quneitra Governorate.

The items that were found included Israeli-made grenades, landmines, IEDs, various types of ammo, anti-tank landmines, and communication devices, in addition to a pickup truck stolen from a state establishment.

The source said engineering units also carried out a controlled detonation of a number of IEDs and landmines that the militants had planted in farmlands.

The Syrians should return the favour to the Israelis and ship these to the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.

Actually, it these were Israeli weapons, and it’s not the 1st time Sana shows alleged Israeli weapons while they are not a single one, it’d be Israel returning the favour to Syria since Syria has armed and paid terrorists to attack Israeli citizens or Jews worldwide. The Gazan Muslim Brotherhood branch AKA Hamas has received many M302 Syrian rockets. Syria backs the infamous PFLP for 50 years, which is well known for its association with Carlos the Jackal, Abu-Nidal, Black September, etc. PFLP specialties being : airliner bombs, schoolbus bombs, school massacres, hijackings, bombs in crowded supermarkets, dumping AK-47 magazines… Read more »

Israel showing restraint??? You are joking. the Israelis, among other foreign powers, have been attacking Syria these last 8 years while the Syrians have been fighting multiple foreign backed mercenaries and jihadis, some of which have been directly being backed and supplied by Israel. That is in line historically as the current occupied Golan Heights was an unprovoked sneak attack by the Israelis in 1967 to grab land. The Israelis are continuing to be thieves and colonizers as they are continuing to ethnically cleanse Arabs from East Jerusalem and the West Bank (all non-UN designated Israeli land) to settle Jews… Read more »

No, I’m not joking! +++ “the Israelis, among other foreign powers, have been attacking Syria these last 8 years” >>> If Israelis were attacking Syria, Assad would be pushing up the daisies for a while and nothing would be left from SAA. You’re mistaking attacking Syria and intercepting illegal arms transfers to Hezbollah,, which is sanctionned by UNSC Res.1701. Any UN member has absolutely the right to enforce it. Syrian militaries are lucky Israel shows restraint since any bullet flying over the 1974 ceasefire line in Golan allows Israel to resume the war. +++ “the Syrians have been fighting multiple… Read more »

+++ “The Israelis are continuing to be thieves and colonizers” >>> This is ridiculous : look at this map : in green, you have parts of Israel that are still occupied illegally since 1948 : If, unlike the Arabs in the region, Israelis were “thieves and colonizers”, they’d have kept all this… And to be frank, I consider they should have : territories should only be given back to countries victim of wars of aggression. From my POV : you start a war of aggression then lose land? Stick that up in your tight a$$! You’re well served, that’ll teach… Read more »

FairsFair : if you want to deserve your nickname, why aren’t you fair and do some researches instead of being the useful-idiot of the propaganda you parrot? In what’s left of the Arab-Israeli conflict, the bad guys are the Arabs : they both started the conflict and, in the case of Syria or Lebanon, don’t want to end it, and the same goes for the sponsors of terrorisy groups like Hamas (Muslim Brotherhood), Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, PLO, Fatah, PFLP etc, and their international sponsors like Qatar, Turkey, Iran, Lebanon or Syria. To be frank, in the place of Israel,… Read more »
