BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:40 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) resumed their large-scale attack on the East Ghouta region of Damascus, today, targeting the Islamist-held suburbs of Jobar and ‘Ayn Tarma.

Using their MLRS launcher, the Syrian Army’s 4th Division launched at least 30 missiles towards Jobar and ‘Ayn Tarma, forcing the Islamist rebels of Faylaq Al-Rahman to halt their movements in these suburbs.

Below is a video that was released by pro-opposition media on Wednesday; it shows the Syrian Army’s missile barrage on both ‘Ayn Tarma and Jobar:

Both ‘Ayn Tarma and Jobar have been the scenes of some of the largest battles in the East Ghouta region in 2017; they are now the target of the Syrian Army’s 4th Division once again.
