BEIRUT, LEBANON (6:00 P.M.) – The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) scored a new advance in the eastern region of the Euphrates River Valley, today, after a fierce battle with the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) at the Baghouz farms.

According to a report from the area, the Syrian Democratic Forces managed to bypass the Islamic State’s front-lines at the Baghouz farms this morning, seizing several points from the terrorist group.

In addition to capturing several points, the Syrian Democratic Forces also killed a number of Islamic State fighters in the process.

Following their territorial losses, the Islamic State attempted to retake the ground they conceded to the Syrian Democratic Forces; however, they were ultimately repelled by the latter after suffering more than 15 casualties.

The Islamic State is still holding onto about 600 square meters of territory in the Baghouz Camp area, despite lacking the sufficient means to break out of this enclave in the eastern region of the Euphrates River Valley.

After evacuating many thousands of civilians, mostly IS families, and taking several thousands of IS fighters, defeating counterattacks, the fight against IS territory is almost done. The fight against sleeper cells has already started and dozens of cells have been wiped out or arrested.

Soon the arab part of the region will be as safe as the kurdish part.

Two easy choices, starve them out and take no casualties or drop mother of all bombs.
