DAMASCUS, SYRIA (7:15 P.M)- Palestine mourns yesterday’s dead this Monday, as clashes continue due to demonstrations throughout the West Bank and Gaza, in opposition to US president Trumps decision to recognise Jerusalem as Israel’s Capital.

The dead included a 29 year old disabled man, who in 2014 lost his legs in an Israeli bombing of his home. The toll on civilians had been daunting so far, with over 10 dead and thousands injured.

The four Palestinians murdered by Israeli forces on Friday were; Ibrahim Abu Thuraya (aged 29), from Gaza, Yasser Sokkar (23 years old), from Gaza, Basel Ibrahim (29 years old), from Anata (Jerusalem) and Mohammad Aqel (18 years old), from Hebron (Al-Khalil).

More than 367 Palestinians were injured also inured, according to the Palestinian Red-Cross.

The “rage” declared in reaction to the recognition of Jerusalem as the Capital of Israel, is to continue and is uniting Palestinians against their occupiers.

  • Knee-jerk contradiction

Instead, provide reasoned counter-arguments that improve the conversation.
