BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:45 P.M.) – The Israel-based Image Satellite International company released new satellite images of Syria’s S-300 system in the Masyaf countryside on Tuesday.
According to ISI, three out of the four S-300 launchers appear to be operational as of now, with the fourth still being worked on near the key city of Masyaf in the western countryside of the Hama Governorate.
The images below are a follow up to ISI’s February 5th report, which showed that three of launchers had already been erected by the Syrian military and their Russian allies.

Following the first images released by ISI, a source from the Syrian military told Al-Masdar News that their air defense forces are still undergoing rigorous training exercises before they can use the S-300 system.
As seen in the recent Israeli Air Force attack this month, the Syrian military is not prepared to use the S-300 system and will not likely use it for quite some time.
