BEIRUT, LEBANON (6:10 P.M.) – For the second day in a row, the Islamist rebels fired several missiles into the densely populated districts of Damascus City, killing and wounding many civilians in the process.

According to Damascus Now, at least four civilians were killed and sixteen more were wounded this afternoon when a number of missiles struck the Bab Touma and Bab Sharqi districts.

Damascus Now stated that the missiless were fired from the Islamist-controlled East Ghouta region, which is located just outside the Syrian capital.

Yesterday, one civilian was killed inside the predominately Christian district of Bab Touma after a similar attack was launched by the Islamist rebels in the East Ghouta.
