BEIRUT, LÍBANO (3.05 p.m.) – El Ejército Árabe Sirio ha liberado oficialmente el pueblo de Aabed después de lanzar un rápido asalto esta tarde en el campo oriental de Alepo.

Según informes locales de Alepo, el Ejército Árabe Sirio avanzó hacia el norte desde el pueblo de Fah hasta Aabed, eliminando a decenas de terroristas del Estado Islámico (ISIS) a su paso en la liberación de este pueblo.

Además de liberar Aabed, el ejército sirio capturó la aldea de Rasm Al-Abed, que se encuentra al sur del aeropuerto militar de Kuweires.

El asalto de hoy en Alepo oriental fue iniciado por las Fuerzas Tigre y la Guardia Republicana del Ejército Árabe Sirio. Estas dos unidades han sido asignadas la misión de derrotar a los terroristas del Estado islámico.
