BEIRUT, LEBANON (6:00 P.M.) – The Saudi Coalition announced on Friday that they have begun a probe into the attack that killed over 50 people on Wednesday.

“The leadership of the coalition has ordered the immediate opening of an investigation to assess the events, clarify their circumstances and announce the results as soon as possible,” the state-owned Saudi Press Agency reported, citing a senior coalition official.

The probe will delve into the Saudi Coalition’s airstrike on a bus carrying a large number of children in the Sa’ada Governorate.

According to local reports, at least 40 children were killed during the attack.

The Saudi Coalition previously stated that the attack was targeting a bus carrying Houthi missiles.

Please treat this discussion with the same respect you would a public park. We, too, are a shared community resource — a place to share skills, knowledge and interests through ongoing conversation.

These are not hard and fast rules, merely guidelines to aid the human judgment of our community and keep this a clean and well-lighted place for civilized public discourse.

Improve the Discussion

Help us make this a great place for discussion by always working to improve the discussion in some way, however small. If you are not sure your post adds to the conversation, think over what you want to say and try again later.

Be Agreeable, Even When You Disagree

You may wish to respond to something by disagreeing with it. That’s fine. But remember to criticize ideas, not people. Please avoid:

  • Name-calling
  • Ad hominem attacks
  • Responding to a post’s tone instead of its actual content
  • Knee-jerk contradiction

Instead, provide reasoned counter-arguments that improve the conversation.

Investigating their own crime.. Like that’s not a complete waist of time. Sweep it under the rug an keep it off the media until the next crime to divert attention from the last one. In the mean time.. Sell them some more weapons and blame Iran. Jeez I should become a politician.
