BEIRUT, LEBANON (5:45 P.M.) – The Lebanese Army forced the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) to withdraw from a border area after the latter bypassed a technical fence near the United Nations’ “blue line”.

According to Hezbollah’s official media wing, the Lebanese Army sent an urgent complaint to the UNIFIL forces in southern Lebanon after the IDF was seen bulldozing a technical fence at border-post 406 near the town of Al-‘Adissah.

The UNIFIL forces responded immediately to the Lebanese Army’s request and then forced the IDF to retreat back across the technical fence, as they were violating one of the stipulations of UN Resolution 1701.

As shown in the short video below, the Israeli Defense Forces were informed to retreat from the area by the UNIFIL troops after the Lebanese Army filed their formal complaint:

As both the photo and the text show, it was unifil that expelled the IDF. Not , as stated in the caption, the Lebanese army.
