BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:30 P.M.) – A commander from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps allegedly said on Wednesday that his nation is on the brink of full-scale war with the United States.

“We are on the cusp of a full scale confrontation with the enemy,” a Iranian Revolutionary Guard commander said on Wednesday. “The Islamic Republic is at the most decisive moment of its history because of enemy pressure.”

This alleged quote comes just days after the U.S. increased the presence of their armed forces in the Persian Gulf region.

I believe Iran is quite prepared for any insane US or Zionist move. Iran is not a small nation and is heir to a great and illustrious military history. US and its Zionist masters should think real hard before they unleash a war spiral which will destroy them and the region too and will most likely go nuclear and global.

Not good. I fear this will not be restricted to one country. I fear that Iran is about to go all-out.

@The Bulvan, Iran must not verbally escalate.

Else the Iran is as wrong as the US Empire.

“I fear this will not be restricted to one country.” => Exact. At least KSA, EAU, USA and Israel on one side, on the other, Well, I doubt that with what happened to Iraq and Syria, they would be hot to imply in an all out war, this would be purely suicidal. IMHO, they will stay neutral. Iran can count on Hezbollah, Houthis, PMU etc… The main question is : will Erdogan interfere or not. Russia : they won’t interfere, but what we could eventually see : a bit like Libya rather than Iraq : no invasion but the regime… Read more »

That’s why Pompeo met with Lavrov in Sochi. He wanted guarantees that Russia won’t back up Iran…

Because a new Ho chi min route through Caspian sea where Russia and China supply Iran with advance weapons.. means the same scenario of Vietnam where US armed forces were defeated!

“Because a new Ho chi min route through Caspian sea”
=> You forget how Azeris are friendly with Israel.

Rhodium 10 : US didn’t lost a single battle in Vietnam, not a single.
Many absolutely don’t understand what happened. US gained EXACTLY what they wanted!

War isn’t sport, and BTW, in terms of scores, any idea about Chinese losses? With “secret” carpet bombings and napalm, in Laos, Cambodia…
2 millions, 4 millions? 8 millions? We’ll probably NEVER know : too much illegal operations…

Ya, Ya, Ya!

…By the way,
«North Viet. Army didn’t enter Saigon, the Yankee Army didn’t fled (with this “heroic” last images of Viet.se civilians in dispair climbing the gates of the embassy, yankeee marines throwing heli’s from the carriers ships to the ocean…) !

CS : they decided to pull out according to plans, and they took out civilians linked to the S-Vn regime. I never said N-Vn army didn’t entered Saigon. But you have a bad timing of the events and are confusing stuff which is NOT what you believe it is! AGAIN, US NEVER lost a SINGLE battle. They DELIBERATELY pulled out. S-Vn was GIVEN to Tôn Đức Thắng (uncle Ho died in 1969)! Look, Mao and Nixxon met in Feb. 1972… Strangely, from this moment, if you except a small S-Vn offensive on Apr.1st, and the Operation Freedom Train to retaliate… Read more »

They lost many battles. But they could always fly in reinforcements with their wealth when they were losing. In the end they did noyt win 1 war in Vietnam, not 1!

We know the final score:

Only a simpleton will confuse war and a football match, but hey, these simpletons make remarkable CANNON FODDER, thus serving interests they don’t even understand… So… You forget that initially, there was NO VIETNAM when the French were here! It was French Indochina Colony = Vietnam+Laos+Cambodia… And Ho Chi Mihn’s Vietminh was created by the OSS, the ancestor of the CIA! Laos and Cambodia became independent, Vietnam was divided in two. So you had : * US-backed Vietminh vs. France : 1:0 The OSS Role in Ho Chi Minh’s Rise to Political Power – CIA https://www.cia.gov/library/center-for-the-study-of-intelligence/csi-publications/csi-studies/studies/vol-62-no-2/pdfs/oss-and-rise-of-ho-chi-minh.pdf Then Uncle Ho switched… Read more »

That is exactly what will happen. Iranian northern regions are ideally suited for a long asymmetrical war as they are mountainous and forested, providing excellent cover and protection of geography. US will have to operate from either Saudi Arabia or other puppet bases and that is costly and very vulnerable. Russia simply can not afford not to support Iran as it is also a target of US and Zionist designs from Ukraine. In any case, Iran is quite capable of giving any moronic invader a blooded nose.

I really hope I disgust your kind since you should be banned from this planet. Funny, the last idiot who believed I was Hasbara is long gone. Thus, I’d have no problem to work with Israelis but I have no interest in Hasbara, I’d prefer to work with them in order to improve Tsahal’s efficiency. Arch : obviously, you’re the one who lacks of historical education, just by not even knowing that the Korean war is still ongoing proves your irrelevance, same thing about your “France vs. Vietnam” since France has never been in conflict with a state that didn’t existed at this time!
Perhaps you should stay off the Internet until you have learned basic thinking skills after returning to 1st grade and completing your education until university post-graduate?

@Daeshbags-Sux, France started a dispute in 1870. It created a reason for several wars. And before that the French land grabbing at the time of Louis XIV so called reunions. The French poisoned German and EU relations to this day. So get off Your French habit of fostering old and ancient resentments.

I am talking about the nuclear dispute. The US started the sanctions AFTER Iran reduced its atomic program. The US started an economic war NOW.

BTW. The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor was not unprovoked. The attack was the result of an US war of sanctions.

Daeshbags-Sux

You forget the Flying Tigers in China… Japan had already started WW2 by invading Manchuria way before.
Stern : you also forget that the dispute started long before 1870, actually, it started when all European monarchies attacked the new born French Republic…

A war is on until a peace treaty is signed… So it’s on since Khomeiny invaded the US embassy.
What we’re witnessing is potentially the switching from a cold-war to a hot-war, but it’s still the same old one…

@Daeshbags-Sux, Japan was doing war in China. None of WWII or US business. The WWII coalition with China came later.

Mon ami, our common history started with the wars before the French revolution – with the burning of Heidelberg and other French aggressions. Naturally the European monarchs could not allow the Revolutionaries to murder their French cousins.

No, there was no war declared between the US and Iran? The US broke the nuclear deal.

p.s. So when was Your peace treaty signed with Germany? You forgot to return Reichsland Elsaß-Lothringen on that occasion. 😛

Iran is strong enough to defend itself, it does not Russia or any foreign help like Zionist parasites who are goading the arrogant and ignorant Americans into a suicidal war for them. Persian military history has shown that invaders have found that they can invade Iran but then get bogged down in years of asymmetrical war. US may be stupid enough to start a war, but it will finish on Iran’s terms. Invading a proud nationalistic nation with a landmass of 1.64 million Kms and 83 million people is not a joke!

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 And you think that Trump wants to invade Iran? No way! He will just demolish the regime, and he will totally demolish it. I’d advise the Iranian regular army to stay away from the conflict. All they need is to liquidate their pro-regime hierarchy and stay idle, especially since they’ll be very useful once the regime gone and when Reza Pahlavi will be back : vacuum of power must be avoided at all cost. “Invading a proud nationalistic nation” => With the full Tehran stadium that chanted “Death to Khamenei!”; “Mullahs get lost”; “Islammade us poor”, with 40% of… Read more »

Idiot, how is he going to do it? The world has already evolved, your pathetic “cruise missiles” and (cowardly) aerial campaign are no good anymore, we have air defenses. You are so predictable and moronic, just try to fly missiles towards Iran and it’s bye bye 14 Billion-dollar carrier.

@Rico, You’d need the rockets to saturate a carrier fleet’s air defense – while US cruise missiles are homing in.

p.s. The Serbs were also VERY serious. Did it help?

This is a very low quality post from Al Masdar News. No author, no citation, no names, just some report of possibly inflammatory remarks. Here is what I believe actually was said, as reported and recorded by many:

Ah, but EU should also sanction the US, e.g. fine them with $18.2B to compensate the $9.1B fine on BNP-Paribas…
Well, and it’ll pay for 3 aircraft carriers 😁😁😁😁😁

And we have to sanction the Empire.
