BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:00 P.M.) – The Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told the German television channel Deutsche Welle on Thursday that Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad will not rule Syria for much longer because he is responsible for the death of million people.

“He (Assad) would not be able to rule his nation because he has killed one million people,” the Turkish FM stated.

Cavusoglu’s comments come just 24 hours after the Syrian President conducted a televised interview with Russia Today in Damascus.

Turkey cutoff all diplomatic relations with Syria in 2012.

@Daeshbags Sux, mon ami: Not old Nazi but old Entente and US trick from WW I that Goebbels perfected.

Germans perfect all things – that is what they are known for.

BTW. Did You know that UK’s Boris Johnson has Turkish roots?

p.s. What lies did You expect by the Turk inventors and deniers of the systematic genocide? Erdogan dreams of the “Third” Sultanate.

Erdogan surely did provide the terrorists with armament, Sarin and medical help to make the people living longer and his troops are in Syria to create new life.

I remember when Ehud Barak, Clinton and other smartasses used to say Assad will fall in a week or two. Who else remembers those people?

Barak was PM from July 1999 to March 2001.
Netanyahu is PM since 2009.
All depends on which conditions these meant Assad would fall in one week or two.
Under US oe even Israeli attack : DEFINITIVELY YES!!!!
And yes, Obongo tried to have congress allowing an intervention but failed at it.
Netanyahu also never said “Assad must go!” even once and it’s clear he opposed the Syrian SHTF.
I don’t see in what Ehud Barak would have had a say into a Likud government, being from the Zionist (FKA Labour) Party…
He was DM under the Ehud Olmert administration.

Nope, what was said was “may/would be assassinated if Iran stays in Syria”… Not sure if it comes from Bibi. And Israelis never attempted any assassination of any head of state while while in Lebanon, late Mustefa Badreddine is still blamed for the murder of PM Rafic Hariri… Let me be clear : from a Khamenei/Nasrallah POV, Assad is obviously faaaaar too secular and democratic for islamofascists like them. Just think that the only thing that detered daddy Haafez from signing a peace treaty with Israel was the fear to be assassinated… And remember Shapour Bakhtiar too… Iran/Hezb might have… Read more »

50 thousand suddenly became 2 hundred, 2 hundred suddenly became 3 hundred, 3 hundred suddenly became 5 hundred and now after about one year 5 hundred suddenly became 1 million. 6 months later “Assad killed two million people: Turkish FM !!!”

If Turkey is this full of s**t regarding historical facts I have to assume everything else that comes out of their government is equally fallacious.

The Turkey and the other “Friends of Syria” are responsible for every civilian and soldier killed in the last 7 years.

p.s. Deutsche Welle should not publish an interview with a criminal whose government commits genocides, ethnic cleansings and breaks international laws such as: A/RES/2625(XXV) = Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Co-operation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations.
